Course Outline

What a report actually contains, module by module.

New agencies and freelancers using the platform typically go through this outline once to understand what each section measures and how to talk through it with a prospect.

01

Site Speed & Core Web Vitals

Covers load timing, Largest Contentful Paint, Cumulative Layout Shift, and a ranked list of the assets and scripts contributing most to slow load times.

02

Mobile Usability

Checks viewport configuration, tap target sizing, and text legibility on mobile breakpoints, flagged per page rather than as a single site-wide score.

03

Meta Tag Completeness

Reviews title tags, meta descriptions, canonical tags and Open Graph fields across every crawled page, and lists which ones are missing, duplicated or too long for typical search result display.

04

Broken Link Detection

Crawls internal and outbound links to find 404 errors, redirect chains longer than expected, and pages that no other page on the site links to.

05

Schema Markup Validation

Validates structured data against expected JSON-LD formats for common types such as Organization, Product, LocalBusiness and FAQ, and flags mismatches between markup and visible page content.

06

Competitor Keyword Overlap

Compares the prospect's visible ranking keywords against a short list of named competitor domains, grouped into overlap terms and gap terms.

07

Assembling the Branded PDF

Covers how logo, color scheme and a short cover note get applied to the report template, and how section order can be adjusted before export.

08

Presenting Findings on the Call

Practical notes on which sections tend to land well early in a conversation and which are better saved for a follow-up once trust is established.
